Wieners In Corn Bread

Directions

   Mix muffin mix according to directions on the box.

   Pour into a greased oblong 6 x 10-inch casserole dish.

   Slice wieners through the middle not cutting them all the way.

   Fill each wiener with mustard and 1 teaspoon pickle relish.

   Place wieners on top of muffin mix lengthwise a few inches apart.

   Bake at 400° about 20 minutes.

   Slice between each wiener.

   Serve 6 slices.
