  • 1 gal. water
  • 2 gal. wild cherries
  • 4 lb. white sugar

Directions

    Put all cherries through meat grinder, then add water and sugar.

    Ferment in stoneware container for 20 days.

    Strain; add more sugar if needed. Ferment for another 3 weeks before serving.
