Wild Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice
- 1 c. celery
- 3/4 c. cooked cubed chicken
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions, tops and all
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook rice per package directions.

2Combine chicken, olives, onions, pecans, celery and mayo.

3Add mixture to rice.

4Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Take out 30 minutes before serving.

7Stir and serve.
