- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen veggies, thawed
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed (or butter flavor crackers)
Directions

1Melt 1/4 c. margarine and velveeta cheese which has been cubed.

2Pour cheese over veggies; stir.

3Now melt remaining margarine.

4Add crushed crackers to coat.

5Sprinkle over veggie/cheese mixture.
