- 2 c. sugar
- 1 fifth vodka
- 8 c. wild plums, pricked
Directions

1Dissolve sugar in vodka.

2Put in a glass jar with plums and cover with a towel or Saran Wrap.

3Punch a few holes in Saran Wrap so it can breathe.

4Leave for 8 to 10 weeks.

5Never stir.

6Plums will darken and become hard as aging takes place.

7Strain and chill.
