- 6 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 small jar pimiento strips
- 6 oz. pkg. slivered almonds
- 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice, cooked as directed
Directions

1Saute onions and green pepper until transparent.

2Add mushrooms, pimiento and slivered almonds.

3Remove from heat. Gently fold into rice.
