- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 ribs celery, coarsely chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 - 10 mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. almonds
Directions

1Mix rice, peppers, celery, onion and chicken broth and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, and almonds.
