  • 5 c. chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded celery
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pimiento, chopped
  • 1 (3 oz.) can drained mushrooms
  • salt
  • fresh pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Grease a 6-cup casserole dish.

    Place all ingredients except 1 cup broth in the dish and cover tightly. Bake 1 1/2 hours, adding more broth if necessary.
