Ingredients
- 1 c. raw wild rice
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. fresh or canned mushrooms
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 soup cans water
- 1 small jar pimentos (optional)
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Wash, rinse and drain wild rice.

2Saute mushrooms, celery and onion in butter.

3When golden, remove from heat and stir in soup, water, pimentos and soy sauce.

4Mix with rice.

5Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until hot and bubbly.

7Serves 8.
