- 2 c. wild rice
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 3 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 to 3 cans beef or chicken broth
Directions

1Place wild rice in strainer.

2Pour 3 quarts boiling water over rice 4 times, letting rice set in strainer each time, while water returns to boiling.

3Brown onion and celery in margarine.

4Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole.

5Bake at 325° for about 1 1/4 hour.

6Add broth if mixture becomes dry.

7Serves 10 to 12.
