- 2 c. boiling water
- 2/3 c. uncooked washed wild rice
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken rice soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- paprika
- 1 small to medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
Directions

1Pour boiling water over washed rice.

2Cover and let stand 15 minutes; drain.

3Place wild rice in 2-quart casserole.

4Add soup, mushrooms with liquid, water, seasonings and paprika.

5Mix gently and let stand for a few minutes.
