- 1/2 c. wild rice
- 1/4 c. white rice
- 8 strips bacon
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook rice in separate saucepans until done (wild rice 30 to 45 minutes).

2Fry bacon and remove from pan to dry; save grease. Cool bacon and break in small pieces.
