Wild Rice Casserole

  • 1/2 c. wild rice
  • 1/4 c. white rice
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook rice in separate saucepans until done (wild rice 30 to 45 minutes).

    Fry bacon and remove from pan to dry; save grease. Cool bacon and break in small pieces.
