  • 1/2 c. wild raw rice
  • 1/2 c. regular raw rice
  • 2 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced fine
  • 1/2 c. almonds or water chestnuts
  • 1 tsp. each: salt, pepper and chopped parsley
  • 1 small onion, diced fine
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cans chicken broth
