- 1/2 c. wild raw rice
- 1/2 c. regular raw rice
- 2 tsp. chopped chives
- 1/2 green pepper, diced fine
- 1/2 c. almonds or water chestnuts
- 1 tsp. each: salt, pepper and chopped parsley
- 1 small onion, diced fine
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 cans chicken broth
Directions

1Marinate all ingredients at least 1 hour.

2Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
