Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. sliced green onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Prepare rice mix according to package directions, substituting chicken broth for water.

2Let cool.

3Add celery, green onion, water chestnuts, mushrooms, butter and soy sauce.

4Mix all together.

5Place in a casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until hot.
