- 1/2 to 1 lb. bacon, diced
- 1 c. celery
- 1 onion
- 1/2 to 1 green pepper
- 1 c. wild rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- seasoning salt and pepper
Directions

1Wash wild rice and boil about 20 minutes or until done. Drain.

2Fry bacon.

3Saute chopped onion, celery and green pepper. Mix all together in casserole, add water (1 to 2 cups).

4Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour.
