Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 lb. bacon, diced
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 to 1 green pepper
  • 1 c. wild rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • seasoning salt and pepper

Directions

    Wash wild rice and boil about 20 minutes or until done. Drain.

    Fry bacon.

    Saute chopped onion, celery and green pepper. Mix all together in casserole, add water (1 to 2 cups).

    Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour.
