- 1/2 c. wild rice, cooked in chicken broth until tender
- 1/2 c. white rice, cooked in chicken broth
- 1 c. pecan pieces
- 1 c. currants
- rind of 1 orange, grated
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and mix well.

2Let stand at least 2 hours (overnight is better).
