Wild Rice Salad

  • 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts (do not drain)
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • garlic powder to taste

Directions

    Cook rice according to instructions and cool.

    Slice artichoke hearts and onions and add both to rice, including artichoke oil. Add mayonnaise and garlic powder.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
