- 1 c. uncooked wild rice
- seasoned salt
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 c. halved green grapes
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. cashews
Directions

1Cook rice according to package directions, substitute seasoned salt for regular salt, if desired.

2Drain well.

3Cool to room temperature.

4Spoon into a large bowl.

5Add chicken, grapes, water chestnuts and mayonnaise.

6Toss gently with a fork.

7Cover and chill.

8Just before serving, add cashews, if desired.

9Serve on lettuce leaves.
