- 1 c. wild rice
- 5 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. shelled pecans
- 1 c. yellow raisins
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/3 c. fresh orange juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt to taste
- grated orange rind
Directions

1Rinse rice.

2Add rice to broth; bring to boil, then simmer, uncovered, 45 minutes.

3Check after 30 minutes.

4Drain through paper towel.

5Transfer rice to serving bowl.

6Add all other ingredients.

7Chill at least 2 hours.
