- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- sage or poultry seasoning to taste
- 1 tsp. thyme, marjoram and rosemary, crushed
- hot water or stock
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Stir in bread crumbs and heat until light brown.

3Mix 1/2 the crumbs with seasonings.

4Add enough liquid to moisten.

5Makes 4 1/2 cups of stuffing.
