- 1 c. uncooked wild rice
- 4 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Combine rice, water and salt in pan with lid.

2Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

3Drain well.

4In a skillet, cook sliced mushrooms, chopped onions and celery in butter until tender.

5Stir together mushroom soup and whipping cream.

6Stir in vegetables and cooked rice.

7Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes.
