- 1 pound salmon fillet wild, boneless and skinless, minced
- 1/4 red onion diced
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko
Directions

1Mince the salmon.

2In a bowl, whip the egg; add the diced onion, capers and salmon until ingredients are incorporated

3Add the panko bread crumbs until combined.

4Form into 4 patties and place on a hot grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
