Wine Cake

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. Port wine (red)
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg. yellow pudding cake mix
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix eggs, wine and oil well.

    Add cake mix and cinnamon; mix for 2 minutes.

    Bake in a Bundt pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto cooling rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or your favorite icing when completely cooled.
