- 2 cups riesling wine or 2 cups fruity white wine
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 medium eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a double boiler and set over (but not touching) boiling water.

2Cook, beating mixture constantly and vigorously with a wire whisk, until custard thickens, about 10 minutes.
