  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cups Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Plain Bread Crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Orange Peel
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

    Rinse clean and trim your chicken breasts and place them into a sealable container.

    Mix the vinegar and soy sauce in a separate bowl and pour over the chicken breasts.

    Close up the container and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

    Once the chicken breasts are marinated, remove them from the container and discard the marinade.

    In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients, pour them onto a plate, and roll the 4 chicken breasts in the breading, thoroughly coating them.

    Place them into a baking dish or a cookie sheet, and bake them in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
