  • 2 c. red currant jelly
  • 1/2 c. ruby Port wine
  • 1 Tbsp. orange zest
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon zest
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped shallots
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh ginger
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Put in saucepan and stir until jelly is melted.

    Take off heat; let stand for 30 minutes.

    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
