  • 1 1/2 lb. lean beef stew meat
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 soup can red wine or red cooking wine
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained

Directions

    Cut meat into bite-size pieces.

    Sprinkle the meat with garlic salt and Accent.

    Combine the soup, onion, wine and mushrooms. Stir into meat.

    Pour into casserole baking dish.

    Bake for about 2 1/2 hours or until the meat is nice and tender at 325°.

    Serve over noodles.
