- 1 1/2 lb. lean beef stew meat
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can red wine or red cooking wine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Cut meat into bite-size pieces.

2Sprinkle the meat with garlic salt and Accent.

3Combine the soup, onion, wine and mushrooms. Stir into meat.

4Pour into casserole baking dish.

5Bake for about 2 1/2 hours or until the meat is nice and tender at 325°.

6Serve over noodles.
