- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 cup dried apricot halves, quartered
- 12 cup whole fig, sliced
- 12 cup dried cranberries

- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions

1Simmer apple juice, brown sugar, water and lemon juice in medium saucepan until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally.

3Simmer additional 5 minutes or until fruit is plump and liquid is slightly thickened,.
