Winter Fruit Compote

- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves
- 1 (16 oz.) pitted Bing cherries
- 1 (16 oz.) pear halves
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 can mandarin orange segments
- 1/2 box dried prunes
- 1/4 c. raisins
- juice of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. either macaroon crumbs or gingersnap crumbs or graham cracker crumbs
Directions

1Drain well all fruit; mix together. Butter a casserole and pour in fruit.

2Combine brown sugar and crumbs; sprinkle generously on top. Sprinkle juice of lemon and orange and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold, with or without whipped cream.
