- 1 c. celery cabbage, chopped
- 1 c. broccoli, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 oz. soy sauce
- 1 beef bouillon, dissolved in 1 c. water
Directions

1Heat oil in wok to 375°.

2Cook the vegetables in sequence. As they are done, push up on sides of wok.
