  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 c. celery cabbage, chopped
  • 1 c. broccoli, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can bamboo shoots
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 oz. soy sauce
  • 1 beef bouillon, dissolved in 1 c. water

    Heat oil in wok to 375°.

    Cook the vegetables in sequence. As they are done, push up on sides of wok.
