- 4 ounces halloumi cheese
- 1 (2 cup) package kale
- 18 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 12 avocado, cut in wedges
- 1 12 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 -3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions

1Heat 12 skillet over medium-height heat.

2Add 1 tablespoons olive oil.

3Place on preheated skillet 4 slices halloumi cheese.

4Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until color turns brown.

5Transfer halloumi cheese to a plate.

6Add to the same skillet 1 pack of baby kale and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.

7Reduce heat, cover skillet and simmer on low-medium for about 2 minutes stirring occasionally with rubber spatula.

8Add 2 tablespoons sesame seed.

9Continues to simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally with rubber spatula.

10Transfer simmered kale to two serving plates (divide equally), top with 2 slices halloumi cheese and avocado wedges.

11Add freshly ground black pepper to your taste.
