  • 12 lb pork or 12 lb ground turkey
  • 12 lb chicken
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 8 water chestnuts
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 small eggs
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • wonton wrapper

Directions

    Chop ingredients quite fine and mix together.

    Reserve a couple teaspoons of egg to seal won ton skins.

    Drop about a teaspoon of mixture on skin and fold skin.
