- 4 c. rolled oats (not quick)
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- dash of salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- dash of vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine oats, almonds, flour, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.

3Whisk together oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.

4Spread out on a large pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Turn oven off and leave in oven for several more hours.

6The granola will be dry and crunchy.
