- 2 to 3 lb. pork or beef ribs
- 2 onions
- 1/2 c. honey
- 12 oz. bottle barbecue sauce (Heinz or your choice)
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a large pot, cover ribs with water, salt and pepper.

2Boil ribs over medium heat, approximately 2 hours.

3Be sure meat is fork-tender and well done.

4Turn ribs frequently while cooking.
