- 3/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, musard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 3/4 lb ground turkey breast
- 3/4 lb extra lean ground beef
Directions

1Combine everything except meat in large mixing bowl; mix to combine.

3Spoon into lightly greased loaf pan; bake at 350 for 60-70 minute.
