Ingredients

  • 6 cups flour
  • 12 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups water
  • 600 g romano cheese
  • 500 g caciotta cheese
  • 1 ball grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 kg ricotta cheese
  • 3 egg whites
  • cinnamon, to desire
  • 12 cup sugar

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Mix your ingredients to make your dough.

    Mix you filling.

    Cut a piece of you dough.

    Roll it out into a circle shape.

    Take a bowl the size of your preference, lay it out and cut around it to make your perfect circle.

    Dip your fingers into a bowl of egg white and spread the egg white with your fingers around the edges (this will help seal it).

    With a spoon take some of your filling and place it onto your circled piece of dough.

    Fold over the top to close it.

    With a fork pinch the edges, make sure it is sealed properly otherwise it will open when you bake it in the oven.

    Brush egg yolk on the top.

    Bake at 350F until they are golden brown.
