- 1 can (29 oz.) yams
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. rum
- juice of 3 oranges (1/2 c.)
- 2 large yams, cooked
- marshmallows
Directions

1Cook yams, drain.

2Add canned yams (pour off some of the juices).

3Mash all yams.

4Add pineapple, orange juice and rum. Blend.

5Pour into greased Pyrex pan.

6Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake at 400° until bubbly (20 to 25 minutes).
