  • 1 can (29 oz.) yams
  • 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. rum
  • juice of 3 oranges (1/2 c.)
  • 2 large yams, cooked
  • marshmallows

Directions

    Cook yams, drain.

    Add canned yams (pour off some of the juices).

    Mash all yams.

    Add pineapple, orange juice and rum. Blend.

    Pour into greased Pyrex pan.

    Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake at 400° until bubbly (20 to 25 minutes).
