Yamini'S Corn Bread

  • Corn flour - about 2 cups
  • Water - about 1/2 cup
  • Salt - pinch

Directions

    Add water slowly to flat large bowl with corn flour, knead with hand until soft consistency

    Knead into balls about fist size

    Flatten into circle (about 6 inches in diameter) with hands, pinch edges and flatten so that edge is thick and smooth

    Heat flat pan without edge. Place circle of dough on pan, with hand (careful) occasionally pick up and turn over until done

    Eat with a pat of butter, yogurt and tea for breakfast
  6. 6
    Dough needs to be prepared same day as it is eaten (cannot be saved)
