Directions

    Slowly bring to milk to a boil

    Place in dish with lid

    Add yogurt

    Place in warm place: in oven if it is an oven with an always lit pilot so that oven is always a bit warm, or on a table in the sun, for 4 hours approximately or until yogurt is thick (but thinner than store bought yogurt)
