- 1 c. shortening or margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar plus 1 tsp.
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. warm water
- 7 c. flour
- 1 1/2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients together, creaming the butter and sugar first, then add the other 4 ingredients; mix well.

2Combine flour and yeast together, then add to the first mixture.

3You may have to add more flour a small amount at a time.

4Let rise in bowl to double.

5Punch down and make into rolls.

6Let rise again until double.
-
7Cook at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
