- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 4 eggs
- 4 1/2 c. plain flour
Directions

1Mix butter, milk, salt and sugar.

2Melt in pan.

3Bring to a boil.

4Mix yeast with 1/2 cup warm water and let foam.

5Mix all ingredients and let rise for 5 hours in a warm spot.

6Punch down. Make rolls and let rise again.

7Then bake in a 350° oven.

8May keep spare dough in refrigerator after punched down until ready to use.
