Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. melted butter (oleo)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 c. flour

Directions

    Empty yeast into large bowl; add water and dissolve.

    Add eggs, butter, salt and sugar.

    Stir well; add first 2 cups flour and mix well.

    Add rest of flour.

    Let rise until double in bulk (flour board).

    Roll and cut about the size of small biscuits.

    Place on baking sheet.

    Melt butter and brush on tops before letting rise second time.

    Bake at 350° until done.
