  • 3 Tbsp. yeast
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. Crisco (cream shortening)
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. mashed potatoes
  • 5 2/3 c. warm water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together. Add plain flour, a little at a time, until dough is stiff. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into rolls and let rise. Cook at 350° until done.
