- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 4 c. flour
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. lukewarm water
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

2Scald milk and let cool. Sift together sugar and flour.

3Beat eggs.

4Add butter and potatoes, milk and yeast mixture.

5Add liquid to dry mixture.

6Mix 1 hour before baking.

7Knead and shape into rolls.

8Let rise and bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
