Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 c. flour
  • 2 cakes yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1/4 c. butter, oleo or shortening
  • 2 c. scalded milk
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Pour 1/2 flour in liquid and mix; keep adding flour until forms a ball.

    Knead.

    Grease pan and bowl.

    Let set 2 hours. Roll in little balls and drop in greased muffin pan.

    Bake at 350° until done.
