- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Put butter in a bowl and pour boiling water over it.

3Stir in sugar and salt.

4Let stand until lukewarm.

5Add eggs and yeast mixture.

6Mix in flour, a cup at a time, until dough is stiff.

7Knead it and turn into a greased bowl to rise until doubled.

8Punch dough down and shape into balls to fill greased tins.

9Cover and let rise again.

10Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
