- 1 small cake yeast
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 7 Tbsp. liquid shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 7 c. sifted flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water.

2Combine 1 cup lukewarm water, liquid shortening, sugar, salt and eggs.

3Add yeast mixture (after it has dissolved).

4Gradually add flour; stir until blended and knead until desired texture.

5Grease bowl; put dough into it and set in warm place to rise.

6Cover with towel. Form into desired shapes and let rise again.

7Bake 15 minutes at 400°
