- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. margarine
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. flour
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Soak yeast in warm water.

2Cream sugar and margarine.

3Add 6 egg yolks.

4Sift salt with flour and add to sugar mixture, alternating with milk.

5Stir in yeast.

6Put in warm place and let raise 30 to 60 minutes.

7Beat egg whites and add to batter.

8Bake on waffle iron.
