  • 14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 15 oz garbanzo beans (canned)
  • 4 cup vegetable broth (low sodium)
  • 1 carrot (chopped)
  • 3 celery stalks (chopped)
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 4 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 Basil (shredded)
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 3 cup baby kale

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except the kale, salt, and pepper in a large soup pot and bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes.
