- 1 pkg. Mahatma yellow rice
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 or 2 cans Mexicorn
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook rice according to directions.

2Put butter in while hot, then add soup and Mexicorn.

3Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Top with cheese for the last 5 minutes.
